No es lo mismo dirigir (...</title><content type='html'>Enhorabuena por el post.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No es lo mismo dirigir (aunque sea bien) que liderar. Podemos estar muy bien dirigidos pero no seguir ese Modelo del que habla la entrada. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En algunos casos porque el &amp;quot;líder&amp;quot; ni él mismo lo tiene bien definido. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Otras veces no ha sabido implantarlo en la organización. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Y creo que la mayoría porque no se lo transmite a los suyos. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por último convengo contigo de la importancia del modelo de cara al exterior. Estos, proclaman que a medida que avanza tu vida, en esta caso laboral, todo encaja com piezas de un puzzle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un director de operaciones me dijo que los promotores de una empresa que me fue encargada montar desde cero, no estaban ilusionados con el proyecto que estaba en marcha y dando beneficios. Que les faltaba eso, ilusión. Cambie mi forma de enfocar las reuniones con ellos. Y al poco tiempo me noté más &amp;quot;respetado&amp;quot;, que me atendían mejor. Convengo cont...</title><content type='html'>Ante todo felicitarte por el post. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Convengo contigo en todo. Pero me gustaría comentar dos cosas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por un lado, indicar que es fundamental ser dueño de tus expectativas (las que tú generas). &lt;br /&gt;De esta forma, como indicas, puedes “editarlas” en función del grupo, momento y oportunidad. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yo ahí prefiero pecar de defecto que de exceso. Cuando generas en alguien una expectativa muy importante para él. Si luego no se cumple, la decepción será N veces mayor. Y a ese “cliente” te costará recuperarlo para la causa y sobre todo pierdes credibilidad ante él y ante el grupo si lo comparte a nivel personal.&lt;br /&gt;Sin embargo siempre tienes tiempo de generar (si tú eres realmente el dueño de tus expectativas) nuevas y mayores expectativas. No quiero decir que se haga en dos ó tres fases, sino que se mida bien el binomio expectativa generada/decepción provocada y sobre todo las consecuencias de esta a nivel personal y lo daños colaterales que se pueden ocasionar en el grupo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Y lo otro que quiero comentar es la importancia de que el líder adapte su estilo de liderazgo a la situación y composición del equipo. Aunque pueda parecer una obviedad, no lo es. He conocido muchos líderes “estáticos” que lo mismo lideran un equipo de ingenieros en una empresa en crisis que un grupo multiperfil para el lanzamiento de un nuevo producto. Espera que &amp;quot;su&amp;quot; equipo se adapte a él. Todos hemos conocido en...</title><content type='html'>Estoy de acuerdo contigo. &lt;br /&gt;Todos hemos conocido en nuestras carreras profesionales (y en nuestra vida personal) personas que &amp;quot;se venden muy bien&amp;quot;. &lt;br /&gt;Y aunque, repito, suscribo todo lo que has escrito, para mi siempre ha sido un arma de doble filo. &lt;br /&gt;La percepción inicial de lider, genera unas expectativas si te toca trabajar con él. Y cuando percibes la realidad, la decepción te provoca un rechazo. Te lo digo por experiencia.&lt;br /&gt;Si generamos percepción de algo, cosa que hay que hacer, debemos tener un fondo que no provoque decepción. También coincido con el ant...</title><content type='html'>Interesante artículo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;También coincido con el anterior comentario pero me gustaría destacar más la importancia de los seguidores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En un equipo son los seguidores los que empujan al líder y no al revés. Es como un rebaño de ovejas: la que va primera avanza porque la empujan las demás y la última avanza porque cree que la primera guía.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todos tenemos los líderes que nos merecemos.
